ConsultingIn the earliest days of PSI's formation, we supplied economic and analytical data for recyclable and polymer materials. Since that time, we've further expanded into recycling and recycling process consultation for manufacturing. PSI holds three utility patents in recycling processes from these efforts. We also maintain several unpublished proprietary processing techniques and procedures. Ferrous & Non-ferrous Metal & Fines Removal:As a standalone process, PSI toll processes materials on a load by load bases for various customers. Rates are fixed based on material contamination levels, type, and media. Our metal separation technologies are state of the art and guarantee the highest quality material, including fines & dust removal. Remote Recycling Programs:PSI can manage many size-reduction operations in remote locations without having to remove products from your facilities or that of your customers. Although geography plays a key role in processing costs, we have developed operations throughout North America that overcome these limitations by bringing the processes to you and your products. Please allow us the opportunity to review your program. If we can't manage it effectively out of our facility, we will gladly recommend a reliable alternative to process your products on-site or manage it remotely. These programs may include temporary or extended operations. Please contact our office for a simple review of your options. Geographic Scope of Operations- PSI can setup Mobile Grinding and Remote Processing, we minimize the impact geographics play on your company's program costs & profitability (monetization). Quality:Redundancy is built into each of our processes to assure greater quality, customer service, and confidence. The greatest culprit in any recycling company is metal and other contaminants that jeopardize material performance and down-stream processing equipment. We've gone to great lengths to minimize the likelihood of breaches in our system and continually monitor our equipment for potential problems and stress with regular preventative and unscheduled maintenance.In 2020 we added new technologies in our operations to remove even the smallest of ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants. With our on-site lab, PSI conducts regular and intermittent checks, and other criteria, on finished goods as required by our customers. These measurements are recorded and made available in our customer reports, including melt flows, ash tests, and moisture tests, to name a few.
